HOW LUCKY TO GET A SECOND LOOK - Phil & Jill

After the rain last night the weather cleared out and the stars of the northern hemisphere came out. As too a large moon which luminated the whole valley in such bright light. As everything is in this area, it was spectacular and you can't stop looking with the amazing backdrop.

After breakfast we discussed going further down the valley to go on another cable car which would have taken us to a glacier. However the bus connections seemed to be too problematic when the cable car we knew was just down the street. So once again we took the cable car up to the Arena. We felt very lucky to have the time to go again and you seem to see more the second time round as you know what is going to happen

We also had the benefit of seeing the changing mountains as some very heavy dark clouds floated over but they came to nothing and it wasn't long before the sun was shining again.

We were interested in watching the children at play.

The Austrians know how to relax everywhere.

We were interested to see a portable ebike charger. The idea is that you can ride up, charge your battery whilst you have lunch and then zip down, down, down the trail with a full battery.

We had lunch on the mountain and after having our fill of the ambiance, we bid the mountains adieu. This will be an unforgettable section of our holiday. All there is left to do is to pack up ready for our departure tomorrow morning.
